Sessions And Courses

Kathryn Palacio, owner of Loving My Soul LLC, is a Pranic Healing Practitioner and Reiki Master. She envisions her clients as whole and healthy and uses a combination of offerings (coaching, Reiki, Pranic Healing, energy clearing techniques, light language/codes, meditation, and mindfulness) to help them achieve that state. After booking a session, we will contact you to 1) schedule/confirm the pre-sessions/session(s) and 2) send you a pre-/post-session forms to assess how you are feeling physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Energy Medicine Sessions

Kathryn describes Pranic Healing sessions as universal love/life force energy flowing through her and into her clients energetic biofields to bring mind/body/spirit into balance and to activate or enhance the body's innate healing response. The client chooses one main area of focus (e.g., illness, mental health issue, pain, etc.) During these sessions, client's often feel a deep sense of relaxation and peace and afterwards feel rested, relaxed, rejuvenated, centered, and ready to face whatever lay ahead.

      Coaching Sessions

      Coaching sessions are one-on-one session with Kathryn via WhatsApp, Google Meet, or Zoom. The client chooses one focus area (personal or spiritual growth) for the session. Sessions may included mindfulness practices, visualizations, meditation, affirmations, stress-reduction techniques, breathing techniques, other techniques for personal or spiritual growth, or homework for the client. Kathryn intuitively tailors coaching sessions to the client and area of focus. Sessions are most effective is clients are willing to learn and willing to change.

    • Coaching with Light Codes/Language Sessions - Coming Soon - These sessions focus on areas of your life that you would like to heal or shift and require you been open and dedicated to personal growth and change. The incorporation of light codes/language imagery based on your particular energy helps to 1) allow you to see specific blockages, emotions, or energy patterns from your field, 2) bring in codes to help shift those patterns, emotions, or blockages, 3) show you the progression in the patterns, blockages, and/or your growth over the course of multiple sessions.
